King Spa Policy

King Spa policy is to protect all guests in the facility. Violator will result in ejection from the premises without refund.

  1. Children under the age of 10 are not permitted without any exception.
  2. Children between 10 and 18 years of age are permitted only when accompanied by same sex guardian. Guardians must sign the waiver form at the front desk; also the seniors are required to sign the waiver form.
  3. King SPA & Sauna has the right to deny admission to customers who have health issues even when accompanied by guardian.
  4. Anyone with health issues is not permitted.
  5. No admission for customers under the influence of alcohol.
  6. Customers are not allowed to get out of the facility without checking out and no re-entry is allowed once check out.
  7. General admission voucher is based on a day pass during operating hours.
  8. All guests are required to deposit photo ID, credit card, car key or valet parking ticket at the front desk in exchange for a locker key. If locker key is lost, there will be a $30.00 fee charged for each lost key.
  9. No outside blankets, large towels or pillows are allowed in spa.
  10. No alcohol, food or drinks from outside are allowed.
  11. Please keep clothing for valuables and important items safe. King Spa & Sauna is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  12. Please keep shoes in your locker.
  13. Please keep an eye on your personal property at all times. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
  14. We are not responsible for lost or damaged prepaid coupons.
  15. We hold lost & found items for one month only.
  16. Members are not permitted without membership card

Disputes & Chargebacks

You agree not to file any chargeback, claim or dispute with your credit card company regarding the online order placed at http://shop.thekingspa.com/ or purchases made at the facility. King Spa has a 20-minute grace period if you are not happy with the facility or feel that it is too crowded you will received a full refund as long as you did not use any of our amenities. You are eligible for a full refund as long as your stay was not over 20 minutes and you did not use any of our amenities such as showers, pools, uniform, dry saunas, etc.). If you use any of our amenities during this 20-minute grace period, you will only be refunded 60% of the entrance price. There are no refunds, discounts, or rainchecks because you think the facility is too busy, loud, and/or crowded.  There are no refunds, discounts, or rainchecks because certain rooms or equipment were not working, the sauna or water temperature was not to your satisfaction.

Nudity plus culture shock can be a terrifying combination.

feeling amazing from all day detoxing,
with a glow people will comment
on and muscles so relaxed they
feel like pudding.

Use complimentary outfit for all saunas, except for men’s spa/bathing & Women’s spa/bathing area where guest needs to be naked for access
Cell phone is not allowed in all the bathing areas and inside the saunas.
